PULSE 2026 – DELIVERY OF WORKS

IMPORTANT: This booking system does not apply to regional schools using couriers. Please email [email protected] to make delivery arrangements.

For all other Schools, deliveries will take place in 30 min timed slots, with one booking permitted per school. If you are a school with more than one art teacher, please nominate one teacher to make the booking and coordinate delivery to occur at the same time.

Delivery of works for metropolitan schools is on Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th of November 2025.

Parking will be available in 6-pack carpark to the left of the Centenary Gallery West Entrance.

Delivery Instructions:

The delivery point is located on Roe Street, opposite the train station and near the intersection of Beaufort Street and Roe Street. Anyone arriving at the main Gallery entrance will be re-directed to the Centenary Gallery West Entrance.

Note, parking is only available in the 6-Pack parking lot to the left side of the Centenary Gallery West Entrance (refer image below).

If your works are large/heavy, please consider bringing a trolley and/or someone to assist you. We also recommend checking your vehicle is large enough to carry the works prior to delivery.

Once you have parked, please walk up the concrete ramp on the right side of the 6-pack parking lot and make your way to the registration table which will be set up outside the entrance door (refer image below).

Provide Security Staff with your name, AGWA Registration Staff will request for your student and artwork details and provide you with a Delivery Receipt to sign. Installation Staff will then assist with the transport of your artworks from your vehicle to the Centenary Gallery West Entrance and into the Centenary Galleries.
